It is fun to see everyone's work and a wonderful way to find new patterns, books, ideas, etc. I value everyone's posts. I wish I could find the time to post more myself, but it just escapes me...at the end of the day, I am too tired to stay up any longer and the pictures haven't been taken in reasonable light and I simply can't manage it. I certainly can't recommend to another how to manage one's online interests, if I didn't read everyone's blogs I would likely have time to post...but it's an escape :-) and I love following everyone's tatting adventures. I do use google reader, it saves some time for sure.Julie Romerohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01751873893975378285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-436608725578367078.post-56688556210505029772013-02-16T19:57:11.991-06:002013-02-16T19:57:11.991-06:00I blog because I need the connection with other ta...I blog because I need the connection with other tatters. I have not found anyone near that I can get together with, so I blog to show what I am doing, as a record of what I have done, because if I didn't take a picture or a scan to post, I might not and things would be given away with no record on my part. I also enjoy other's blogs because I get to see what they are doing and to receive inspiration for my own work.
I also don't leave comments of all the blog posts that I read, but on occasion do leave a comment.
Thanks for all the sharing of tatting and your other crafts that you do Cindy, your blog is one that I read whenever you post.
I have all the blogs that I read listed in a blog roll on the side of my blog. I can see who publishes a new post and pop over to read it.
Ladytatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13333655818263465112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-436608725578367078.post-12095671861746743982013-02-11T08:51:09.602-06:002013-02-11T08:51:09.602-06:00I don't comment nearly as often as I should . ...I don't comment nearly as often as I should . . . but I read pretty much every new post on the few blogs that I really enjoy. And I continue my blog as a way to stay connected with my elderly mother across the country . . . if others enjoy it, that's great, but not why I do it. And I do like and value the friendships I have made through the tatting blog community.Teresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17806552987162578522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-436608725578367078.post-63825065948484834552013-02-10T20:07:15.955-06:002013-02-10T20:07:15.955-06:00I love Cindy too!

I love the "other" things people let us see too. The bits of their lives and loves are wonderful. I love that people get frustrated with the same things I do and love some of the same things I do. And I love learning new things so all in all, I love what people write/post/show pictures of. Except complaining, that's tough- but never found on this blog!!

Google Reader makes my life easier.

I think there will never be too many Cindys.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15274345764787048662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-436608725578367078.post-42775016891315071072013-02-10T19:47:05.571-06:002013-02-10T19:47:05.571-06:00I blog for myself, but I enjoy reading comments fr...I blog for myself, but I enjoy reading comments from others. I guess I really started as a way of keeping myself motivated to try new things. I use Google Reader... so much faster than visiting every blog I'm interested in to see if there's a new post.

I visit InTatters every day, but I seldom remember to visit Ravelry. I'm not real active with Google+. I have a Pinterest account as well as a Facebook account, but I don't spend very much time either place.

I guess I prefer reading blogs to participating in forums. They seem more personal, and I get to see more pictures. Sometimes posts from bloggers send me in a new direction, and other times I just enjoy looking without having a desire to try.

Blogging has opened up many friendships for me, and I can see me continuing for a long time!Lace-lovin' Librarian ~ Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06032689683092213368noreply@blogger.com
